Very nice crew and took great care with the piano I had moved.

they have a minimum of working hours and I had to pay 2 hours for a service that only took one hour, it would be good if they had a minimum of one hour, the service has been very good.

Movers showed up on time, weâ re professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

All of the workers were awesome!!! They showed up on time, worked fast, we're very careful of our furniture, wrapped it all in plastic cling wrap. I can't say enough about their excellence and hard work done in an unexpectedly short time. They are the best out there and the price is right!!! We had four to five workers at all times!!!

They made moving the treadmill look easy!

I will say the gentlemen were very nice, very efficient however it was very frustrating listening to one of them complaining about how heavy my furniture was. It was already a stressful enough day trying to get out of my place, that I didnâ t need to hear their complaints â ¦and I really donâ t care if people smoke potâ ¦ But I didnâ t like the fact that I felt like I got a contact buzz when they walked through the door.â ¦ I think the charge for the service was a bit too high however I will say they were very pleasant individuals

The owners were great to work with and the movers were very polite, funny and did an awesome job! After 22 years in our previous home with 22 years of accumulation of stuff they had a huge job and did it with great professionalism. Wouldn't let us do anything but sit and answer questions. Their prices are very competitive. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs good movers who do a fantastic job.

They were great! They worked me into a tight schedule and completed the long distance move on the same day. Everything was carefully loaded into the trailer and arrived at destination in excellent shape. Monique was great to work with and answered all my pre-move questions professionally and kindly. I was a bit skittish as I've been burned before by movers. That is - not the easiest customer to answer! This was a hard move for them as I had a number of crazy heavy items that were a tight fit through doors. Jaisen did a great job and was quick and careful loading. My husband met them at the destination end and sadly one of their crew never arrived. Husband was happy to help out in a less than ideal situation for Jaisen and the job when quickly. Despite the one staffing issue, Jaisen was accommodating and kind throughout. The move got completed and I highly recommend them. The best pricing for a difficult move. I can't say enough good things about this professionally run and lead with care and kindness company. They are now my go to company for future moves and recommendations! Hire them!!

They came in all nice and professional, spoke with me, then I took them on a tour of my home. They discovered most of my stuff was already boxed up. Most of the normal heavy stuff for a 2000 sq ft home was gone. Then the garage. Everything was in tubs or boxed. Furniture (some) was ready to be loaded. After the tour was over we came back into the house and discussed logistics. I was told I would need 2 trucks. I told them yes, I already knew that. They would send me a contract and if I liked them and the price then email them back. I took other bids in the mean time. After awhile I felt my best bet was New Neighbors. They were friendly, and were the only ones willing to come to my house for a tour. I signed the contract with them. I had to postpone the original date, due to move issues. They accommodated me. The day finally comes. I was told they would be there at 8am, they showed up at noon. Three guys and one truck. So I asked, where is the second truck? They didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t know about any other truck. As they continued to pack, they realized they needed another truck, and proceeded to call the boss for another one. He told them to take pictures and send them to him and he will determine whether another one is needed. I was fuming. The truck was full and pack nicely and strapped down the way it should be. I got on the phone my self and told them I wanted a truck right now, that was promised. The first truck left and headed for there destination. 2 hours later the truck showed up with the boss. He wanted to know where his crew was? They left! Now mind you I have one portion of the garage and a full basement full of boxes to be loaded and only one person to do the loading. If this company would have done what they originally agreed to, we would of been out of the house and on the road by 3. Instead we did not leave until 6p, as the rain starts to drop. My family is waiting in the truck. Ià  à ¢à  à  à  à  m watching the boss throw my stuff all throughout his time there into the truck. No rhyme or reason, no tie downs, no nothing. As the rain started to really come down, I locked up at 630pm. We are now caught in a really bad storm and canà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t see two feet in front of us and have a 5 hour drive ahead of us. Common sense kicks in and I find a hotel and stay the night approx. 1 hr. from what I just left. I contacted the boss and told him what we were doing. Another day arises and we finally get on our way by 6 am. We make it to our destination. The unloading started . At first they listened to where I wanted everything . That was the first truck, remember the three guys, yah, their truck. Second truck the boss. I tell him 3 times I want the racks off the truck first, so he can place all my stuff on each rack, the rest to go into the middle of the horseshoe of racks. Simple right? Nope! I was busy directing the stuff that needed to still go in the house that was on the lawn. When I came out I went to the garage and was livid!! They had nothing on the racks except a few things and everything else was pretty much throw in. I wish I had taken a picture. I started telling them this was not acceptable. I showed them what to do they still didnâ t. Pass them by!

They put me on their schedule even though I needed to move near the end of a month. They showed up on time and did a great job. They padded everything and moved two huge pieces of furniture with no problem, as well as all the smaller items. Very pleased. Jason and his crew know what they are doing.

They were friendly and professional and careful. They made the experience much less stressful for us. Highly recommended.

Working with New Neighbors Moving was a pleasure from requesting a quote, scheduling with some unique barriers, communication when needed to the delivery. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and when they were in my home working with me to make sure placement was ***perfect*** they were fun! Jason is remarkable! Very professional and very personable! My move was on one of the coldest day of the years and they had to unload in 5 degree weather. I can't say enough good about Jason and his company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help moving. The price was beyond fair and the service top notch!
