Patrick is exceptionally knowledgeable, and you can tell he loves homes and loves educating people about them. He quickly identified recommendations and suggested timelines for things that would improve the value of the home and our lives in it so I could create a prioritized "to do" list. When he encountered a major safety hazard a previous inspector had missed, he clearly described the issue, provided excellent photographs for documentation, and made suggestions that both solved the problem and were reasonable from the seller's point of view. The turnaround time on his inspection and write-up of his findings and recommendations was outstanding, and when I had a follow-up question, he was very quick to respond. It's clear Patrick is in the home inspection business because he truly cares about helping people through this daunting process. Trust Patrick whether you're considering buying a home or if you're preparing your home for sale. 100% amazing!

The inspection was very thorough and he patiently answered all our questions and even helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed right away and what could be placed on a list for down the road.
