I found Newsource through home advisor. Morgan contacted me within 24 hours and came out within 2 days to walk through the house with us and let us know exactly what all needed to be done to solve our electrical issues. He sent us 3 quotes within a couple of days. He kept in communication with us the whole time. Within a week (due to decisions and weather delays) Morgan and his crew were here and worked professionally and efficiently. They were all very courteous and professional. They finished upgrading the electrical service to the house as well as installing a new panel and some dedicated lines. The job was done that day! I will definitely be using them again for some more electrical projects I have for my home. FAST, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL!

I reached out through Home Adviser and Morgan contacted me on a Sunday afternoon. He met us at our property on Monday. Waled us through what needed to be done. He said he could do the job on Thursday and that it may be a 2 day job. He called at the end of business on Thursday and the job was complete. He showed us all the work including the new wires coming into the home. It was very impressive. We will be using this company again

I was extremely pleased with New Source Electrical Services. Morgan, Andrew, Greg were a great team, outstanding, professional, efficient, courteous. My bathroom lights look new and bright again. Morgan was an excellent leader, supervisor, problem solver. Greg and Andrew were pleasant and team players. The cost was reasonable. I would hire this wonderful team in an instant. Initially I was pleased with the work and professionalism of this company. However, I made the mistake of paying them up front, and they never came back to complete the job. I need to share that they also broke a light bulb and never told me. The gentlemen knew I had pets. Later that day my dog began limping. We found out after taking him to the vet he had glass in his paw which required surgery. If the contractor had told me I would have washed the floor. Tiny pieces were on our counter top as well. The contractor never returned my phone calls to finish the work. I am withdrawing my assessment and writing a new review as I want other potential customers to be aware.

Very efficient, timely, and courtious

Morgan L., owner of New Source Electrical call me to set an appointment which we did for November 14, 2018, at 2:00 pm. We discussed that I needed some outlets replaced (10-12) and he gave me a verbal quote of $400. On that day I called Morgan at 3:30pm as he didn't show up. He told me that he didn't know about our appointment and I reminded him that I spoke with him directly when he originally called me to make this appointment. His excuse was that "something must have gotten messed up on the board and he would be here no later than 4:00 pm that same day." At 4:30 I called him again, another no show. He said he would be at my home soon. He finally showed up with two workers to replace some outlets. In the one hour, they were here, they replaced 2 outlets with GFCI and another 5 regular outlets. Morgan told me that they didn't have enough GFCI outlets on the truck so they put regular outlets in as a temp fix and one GFCI they replaced was off-white instead of white because he ran out of white but would change them when he returned which would be on Friday, November 30th in the morning. He said he would also email an invoice to me and requested a @250.00 down payment which I paid by check and he crashed. After they left I noticed there were old screws from the old outlets and wire pieces left on my floors along drywall dust. They didn't bother cleaning up after their job. Today is December 16, 2018. I have yet to receive an invoice from him and he never showed up on November 30th. I paid him this down payment and expected to get $250.00 worth of work done and when he said he would. It looks like I'm out of my money and a job never completed. I hired them based on reviews. Apparently, they are misleading because I found them to be unprofessional and unprepared. I would not recommend this company.

Very professional, honest and respectful. When he arrived he had boot covers to protect my carpets. Will definitely call him again.
