They were prompt but did not come equipped with masks. One had a cloth mask and I provided the other with an N95 mask. I told one that I wanted the window tracks cleaned (this was a deep clean. It apparently not conveyed to the other cleaner; regardless they were not well cleaned. Left shelves in bathroom and window sills not cleaned at all. Excellent job on floors, but much was lacking.

I was expecting 2 ladies for 1.5 hrs each. 3 arrived on time and quickly got to work for 1 hour. I had written out, printed, and reviewed with the lead what I wanted done, which was a focus/priority on floors and my master bedroom and bathroom. I think that they moved so quickly they did not coordinate among themselves the desired work adequately. Their vac failed on the first carpeted room and they asked to borrow mine (I was ok with that). I advised that one particular area rug was wool and would COMPLETELY fill their receptacle or vac bag with just that one rug. They used my vacuum for the entire house, never emptying the receptacle. How clean are the carpets??? AND they left my vac with the receptacle stuffed full. I also watched the vac person actually vac my tiled living room by vacuuming around the furniture.... this is tile and the furniture is extremely light. I found a lot of dog hair under the furniture after they left. The master shower glass door was cleaned well but the rest of the shower (3 walls, a shelf with products, bar soap holder, and floor) were not touched AT ALL. They didn't bother to empty the master bath trash. They mopped the tiled floors but again skipped under all furniture in the tiled living room (including an end table that could have been somewhat mopped under without moving it). I have 2 padded floor mats in the kitchen (under sink and under stove); They mopped around them. I would not have this team (Stephanie, Melanie, and Laurie) or this particular team lead (Stephanie) back again.

We were pleased with the initial cleaning and the team (Leslie and Cheyenne) showed up early to boot--cleaning was careful and thorough, We signed up for bi weekly service, and if the next service is as good as the first service, we will raise the rating to 5. The cost is a little pricey but seems to be worth it
