Brian is one of the good guys! He is honest, fair, and great to work with. The fee he charges is fair I have had him do a lot of different computer work for me, and he has ALWAYS come through for me! He goes out of his way to figure out a solution or a better way to fix the issues. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian and New Start Computer for all your computer needs. I have had him upgrade my old computer, set up new computers, figure out existing software issues, email, etc...He does it all with total professionalism.

Brian demonstrated exceptional knowledge of computer systems, patience, and ability to solve problems as they occurred. He helped me set up a new laptop and subscription software. There were problems with the setup, but he solved them quickly. Best of all, Brian makes house calls. His rates are reasonable. Overall a good experience.
