All went smoothly

I had my tub painted for 4 years now and I love it, they recommend the non skid and my tub is always white and shiny. Nothing like having a shiny tub :) highly satisfied no chips or cracks I listened to their advice and my tub never looked better :)

They painted my tub 5 years with the non skid and it helps my husband not fall who is 83 years old. They are extremely professional and explain what they do very well. I am very happy with their work because my tub still looks brand new! Highly recommend them if you want a nice clean looking tub ð  Â

I had my bathtub refinished on January 17th, 2020. It started to chip on the back end of the tub. I provided pictures to him. I called the owner and was told that I am not under warranty because the last time he was at my location was back in 2017. I presented pictures of the bathtub and a copy of the receipt that shows the date of service and the amount I paid. He then told me he would refinish my bathtub again for $225. I would think twice about using this company, it might look pretty the first week, but do not expect a warranty that he will honor. How many people do not write reviews: Seems like this is not the first time, read through reviews I found on them: Dimitris Robokos: the guy who came did a good job. A couple of weeks later I noticed that he missed a couple of tiny spots. When I called them to address the issue they asked for more money! Very dissatisfied with the way they support their service. Their warranty is only good for a day or two. After that, you need to spend more money to get them to your house. If you hire them make sure you check everything before the guy leaves your place. Melanie Marcial: To be fair they were very nice and reasonably priced. BUUUUT....my initial appointment had to be rescheduled as the technician was sick. They rescheduled me for later the same week. I found out the day of the rescheduled appointment that they canceled the appointment because I did not confirm the day before!!! I was LIVID since it was a confirmed reschedule from the same week. It has been a great inconvenience since I had already emptied out my bathroom and arranged petsitting. I decided not to do business with them.

I paid them without seeing their work because I was out of town. The tub was well glazed and the clean-up was good. I haven't used the tub yet but see no reason to doubt the quality of the work.

Once we coordinated the scheduling the technician showed up on time, was polite and professional. Tub looks like new and most importantly my wife is thrilled with her "new" tub. thanks!

They did a wonderful Job my tub looks brand new. They changed the color from Blue to Bone it looks amazing. They were very neat covered everything and cleaned up when they were done. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would definitely recommend them.Great Work
