Two workers came same day and repaired everything necessary. Really appreciated their timeliness and explanation of what needed to be done!

They were a great couple of guys, went to work and fixed my problem and cleaned up.

I have had to have my kitchen drain cleared nearly every year. Two years ago, I used Cardenal Plumbing. I was very happy with their service. They charged about $350.00. I somehow made a mistake trying to call Cardinal and reached another plumber. They quoted me $550.00. I asked them how the price could be so much higher. They said the cost of living goes up every year. I put out a request for quote on Home Advisor. I got back a quote of $348.00. Later a quote came back in for $250.00. I agreed and New Touch showed up early the following day. I was concerned whether they had enough cable length as I had already cleared 50 feet. They assured me they had enough. They tried over 60 feed and the line wasn't cleared. They tried again and went over 80 feet. This cleared the sink and the price was $250.00. The only issue was that New Touch Restoration only accepted a check or cash. I didn't know this upfront but I was happy to pay with a check given I had saved over $250.00.

Work was coordinated by a individual on the phone who was not present during the job but was proactive in communicating when the team would arrive. Was not provided a written estimate or range prior to work - which is always difficult to do with plumbing but ultimately the price was reasonable. Workers on site were polite and did a good job cleaning the work area before leaving.

On time. Marked van and uniform. Snaked drain line twice. Provided information and tips to help combat what has been a long running drain problem. Satisfied customer.

The Plumbing Tech's made sure the clog was cleared by snaking almost 40 feet and re-snaking again to be sure. Did a Great Job.

Good quality, good price

Communication was a little tough. The tech's did not speak English very well, but he had his supervisor explain everything to me by phone. Besides that, the tech knew what to do, how to fix the problem and did a great job.
