Shawn answer promptly, did an assessment of my roof and made sure that my questions were answered. He communicated throughout the entire process and kept me informed. I made contact with 5 different companies and only 2 showed up. He beat the competition. I am a seasoned real estate broker and had an idea of the cost of my roof damage-so I knew Shawn was on point. They service my Central Florida friends too!

Shawn F at New Vallee Roofing responded immediately to a call regarding our leak in the roof. He came out and provided an assessment and an estimate. On the day scheduled to do the repair, Shawn arrived early and got the job done. He is knowledgeable, straightforward and reliable.

Sprayed metal barn roof with a product the reduced the temperature on the barn 15-20 degrees in the heat of summer . Also repaired roof leak on shingled home . He came in on time and under quoted price .

We had a leak in our roof that was ruining our white ceiling. We called back the original installers 3 times but they were unable to fix the leak. New Vallee Roofing made one visit and in a few hours they had completely fixed our problem.

Repair took a month and held for eight months.

The roof is still leaking and when you call no one answers and no one returns your call.

Flat roof over screened in porch needed what we were told was quite extensive repair and sealing to repair a leak and prevent further damage. Larry alone, did the work. Cost was $4700. They requested half before they began in order to buy materials and the rest was paid when they said the task was completed. Leak issue continued after project completion. We left messages many times asking for the 5-year warranty they gave us, to be honored. Never received a reply. Another roofing contractor found that the list of project specifications New Vallee Roofing said they would do and then declared had completed in full, were not done. We paid $4700 for approximately $500 worth of materials and most of the project specifications were not addressed. New Vallee Roofing has ignored our phone messages, did not complete the project, is not honoring their warranty, and we feel cheated by a dishonest company.

New Vallee replaced the skylights in my hangar. Larry assessed the work to be done and provided a reasonable quote. The roofing team arrived and completed the work in a reasonable time period. I highly recommend New Vallee.
