Overall a good value. The installers showed up when they said they would, and were done an hour and a half before they said they would finish. All debris was removed. Totally satisfied.

The work on my property was excellent, the follow-up service was good but I had to call about it. It was not as soon as stated it would be. I tried to give your company some additional leads but I do not believe you have contacted the people. We love our windows and doors Tim the representative who came out here is wonderful, so nice and did a great presentation. The workmen that were here pat and nick are so fast and nice and so efficient they put the windows and doors in quickly and beautifully bwd is by far the best decision our family has ever made we cant thank your company enough for all your hard work our windows and doors are so beautiful we love it we will recommend your company to everyone looking for windows and doors than you again sincerely achie and heidi mugrauer and family

Wonderful staff... Tim, Jason and Mary Elisabeth are all a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Very thorough and professional. We are in the process of installing so I can't speak for the finished product but we chose it because it looked like a top quality product at a good price. I will use BWD again in the future if I have a need for their services.

You cannot ask for better service, great price and workmanship. The windows are gorgeous and installation would a mere 4 hours (for 7 windows). The only damage, a tiny scratch on my wall. I would and will recommend BWD to anyone looking for new windows.

I truly enjoyed working with BWD from Bayonne, NJ. The salesperson who was very friendly and personal explained to me and demostrated about the windows and what they offer in the nature of energy saver. Called when to expect installation and the installers were friendly, quick and neat. They all did a job well done.

I ordered the window 10/24 I was told it would be 6 weeks. 2 weeks later I was told if I wanted the window I was going to be charged 800 dollars more because of the bow size of the window. I agreed but was not real happy. Signed a contract for one price and than it changed by 800. Called on the progress of the window 3 weeks ago and still havent heard anything. Just called and left another message. Hope when it finnally gets in it will be worth it.

There were initially some problems with the job (defective windows delivered, some installation flaws). After my complaint, BWD were very focused on doing what it took to make everything right. Their sales staff made sure that I was satisfied. I appreciate how they stuck by the customer.

It took longer than what I was told to get the installation happen. I was told about 6 weeks but it didn't happen until more than 8 weeks. So tell the truth could a better approach. Also be prompt with what you promsied. The sales person said he would contact the management office for my condo to get a written approval. But it ended up I had to get there a few days later to get it done. If you can't do things in a timely manner, then don't offer it.

Job went well in the beginning. However, not every item (outside lights, doorbell, etc) were replace properly. There was some breakage (fence, cellar well covers) Also, clean-up was poor. Keyport Borough failed the first inspection for imporper clean-up. Even with the passing second inspection, I am still finding nails, bits of waste material, etc. every time I work in outside.
