Just to clarify regarding the materials, the manufacturer rep provided the quantity estimate and over estimated the quantity of materials needed l. While the materials were non-refundable the only option they offered was to buy back the materials at half price if they had a customer that was interested in the same custom made materials. To date and after multiple follow ups, they still don?t have anyone interested in purchasing the materials. If it is any consideration we did lower our price for the job nearly a couple thousand dollars from where we sta"
