Response by New Wave Building Concepts, Inc.: Wanda- Thank you for not only posting this wonderful review, but recognizing the quality of our work that will "last a lifetime". During this crazy time when everyone is forced to stay at home, we hope being able to relax on your new deck will make staying home a little easier and you will continue to enjoy your deck for years to come! It was a pleasure working with you and we hope to do so again in the future.

Project: Build a Garage
Greg Bratton was very difficult to work with. The sub contractors did a very good job.
Response by New Wave Building Concepts, Inc.: Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and recognizing the great work of our subcontractors. We only work with the best and it was particularly satisfying when you, as a customer, not only appreciated, but publicly acknowledged it. Regarding your feeling that I personally was difficult to work with, I am truly sorry you felt that way. Customer satisfaction is always one of our companys utmost priorities. That said, as a licensed General Contractor there are strict industry regulations I must follow and logistics I must contend with, even if a customer does not agree with or understand them. Though I will not apologize for upholding the standards and adhering to the regulations of my profession, thanks to your feedback, I will make a conscious effort to better explain myself should a similar situation arise moving forward. Differences aside, I think we can both agree your project turned out great! Thanks for allowing us into your home and providing you feedback.

Gregg -and his team are top notch. They did a whole house remodel job for us, as well as fix our draining system in the yard, which included a new concrete driveway. Our house was built in 1978, and I basically have a new house! Gregg made great suggestions on how to bring our house into the 21st century. He stayed on budget (except when my husband added change orders). We removed the wall down the center of half of the house. Instead of having a box kitchen, den and a formal LR/dining room (which was never used), we now have a huge open area that is GREAT for family gatherings--if I am in the kitchen I can talk to everyone watching TV. And the house just FEELS bigger! We got rid of our carpet and put in in new flooring; we got rid of the popcorn ceilings and put in overhead lights with ceiling fans; he enlarged our laundry area so my husband didn't have so much trouble reaching into the dryer in a tight space; he added solar tubs in 2 of the really dark areas of the house, which made a HUGE difference; we got rid of the wood burning fireplace and had a gas fireplace; our master bath was remodeled--it's small but it LOOKS and feels so much larger now. We also did a total rewiring to bring the house up to current code. We've been in this house 27 years, and we wanted it remodeled for our retirement and we just couldn't be happier! Gregg was always available by phone or text, and his workers Ed and Eddie are wonderful! The total cost of our project was $97K....and it was worth every penny! Project started the first week of January 2016 and we moved back into our house on April 22. Thank you, Gregg and team!

Project: Build an Addition
This company went way above and beyond my expectations. They did everything like it was for their family - even including some things I didn't even know I wanted and now cannot live without. They were very respectful of me, my time, and my home. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Project: Install Drywall
Excellent workmanship and extremely reliable. I ended up using Greg and Chris to not only finish the drywalling work but to tile the floor, enclose and install storage doors, complete the inside and outside trim work and paint. They were the concummate professionals - flexible, responsive to our requests and diligent in their craftsmanship. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing all around contractor work.

Project: Install Drywall
Nice guy. Prompt. Explained everything before, during and after. Gave me tips for other issues around the house. Did quality work and cleaned up after himself each day. I plan on using Gregg when we get ready for the Bathroom remodel.

Technician made a very timely appointment and arrived on time. Very pleasant person. Said the problem was very common, gave me tips on how to maintain it myself - which I did later with no problem. I cannot comment on his work because there was no need for him to do any. We discussed possible replacement when the door finally wears out and his verbal estimate was quite attractive. I would call him again whenever needed.
