The work Luis and Jose did was exceptional. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were both professional and personable. They made sure everything was done correctly and did not rush. It was a difficult job installing a home theater system in a room were you couldn't route wires in the ceiling or under the floor the whole way, so they got creative. They removed the baseboard, carved space into the walls for the wires and then replaced the baseboards. That is something I never would have thought to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend New Wave Home Audio to others, and the next time I will ask for Luis and Jose again.

They didn't wire a home audio system. They re-cabled the house for television and modem. They did a great job and met their estimate with not extra charges.

New Wave Home Audio responded within the first hour and Jeremy seemed to be very knowledgeable and advised that he would like to send someone to review the job with me before quoting. Louie came out in a couple of days and spent over an hour completely looking over my project and making helpful suggestions. I received the quote, which I felt was very reasonable, and arranged for them to do the job. On the day the work was scheduled they showed up with everything they needed and 3 people went to work. When they were finished I had the TV installation and operation that I had expected and done by top notch professionals who not only knew how to do the work, but also respected and protected my home while doing the work. The cost was exactly what was quoted, no add-ons or surprises. I would recommend New Wave Home Audio to anyone who is considering TV systems or Home Theater installations.

From first contact to giving the the fully programmed this company was fully proffesional. They were so much more proffesional than the other person who contacted me I chose them before the other guy even gave me his estimate. They actually showed up early! Jeremey did a good job of explaining the paperwork giving them permission to drill access holes to run wires through the walls. He and his team worked well together, and they included me. For example, they didn't just place the center speaker strictly by measurement. Simply centering it looked wrong to me, so they adjusted it 1/4 inch to ensure the lettering on the front of the speaker looked balanced with the lettering on the TV. That attention to detail was typical of their work. When they were done with the intallation, they wiped every fingerprint off the equipment. I may have been able to save a hundred bucks or so if I'd had more bids on the job, but these guys were worth every penny I paid.

Jeremy took the time to explain various aspects of the job before even coming out. He offered references and made me feel confident that he would do the job well. Upon arrival, Jeremy and Luis gave me a breakdown of what it would cost, offered advice for equipment placement and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job mounting my 47 in LCD and installing my surround sound system. During the install they were very clean, took the extra time to clean up and explained how to work my new setup. Their service is great and would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again guys!
