Unfortunately, our experience with Travis has been disappointing. We've been asking him to replace the pool lights for the past eight months?they stopped working and are still under warranty. Six months ago, he assured us they had been ordered, but we have yet to receive any update or resolution. Additionally, the concrete work around the pool has been problematic. The contractor he uses did a poor job, and within just a few months, significant cracking began to appear. The condition continues to deteriorate over time. While the aesthetic quality of their work is appealing, if you're looking for a pool built to last with reliable service, we would not recommend this company.
