I have never been more pleased. These guys were so professional and reliable. They listened and were very respectful from beginning to end. They communicated with me at every phase of my project. Kept me in the loop. Would call, text and email. Whatever I needed. They did exactly what they said they would. I will be staying with them for all my electrical needs in the future.

I contacted several electrical contractors via HomeAdvisor, three responded and two of them came to the condominium to evaluate the work: replace about 35 old outlets and switches with new ones. New West Electric (Paul Sr, and Jr.} gave me a reasonable quote within 12 hours, came out to reassess the wiring and modify their proposal/quote to add grounding wires, and scheduled/completed the work within a week. All the work was done to our satisfaction and without any hassles or changes to the proposal or quoted cost. We would definitely use and recommend New West Electric for other electrical jobs.

These guys were great. I was referred to them by my neighbor, and I could not have been more impressed. They answered the phone when I called, they called me back when they said they would, they showed up on time (actually they were early), and they came out and finished the job within the time that they estimated. I have been using contractors for my rental properties for the last 15 years, and trust me when I say it can be like pulling teeth with some of these guys. Save yourself the headache and call these guys first, and get it done right the first time. I will absolutely continue to use New West Electric comma and we'll refer them to my friends and family.
