New Windows of America replaced twelve windows in my home, the work was completed on the date promised. All communication from initial contact through estimate visit and Window completion was top-notch. it was nice to deal with competent, friendly and genuine people throughout this process. The installers were polite, well knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend the company.

From our professional salesman Ben to the measurements check through the actual installation of our front door and storm door the people I dealt with even on the phone were all knowledgeable and professional. The actual product comes with a lifetime warranty that says it all! Beautiful doors!!

The salesman was very polite and knows his products. Very prompt on appointment times. Went over measurements and designs. Was kept informed on when products were being made and ready for installation. The the installation guys arrived in a timely manner and finish in a day.

This company spent more time feeling me out for how much money I can spend, rather than focusing on my project. I was quoted 15,000 for 88 square feet of shower backsplash, toilet replacement, and 40 square feet of flooring. I?m sorry, but their prices are absolutely insane and they pressure you very hard to commit and sign. Horrible

Everyone I talked to were very friendly and understanding of my concerns. As they promised, they left a functioning toilet in the bathroom every night so I was able to stay in my home during the remodel. That was very important to me.
