We have hired Joao Bertini to remodel a master bathroom, wet bar and a sink countertop in another bathroom, the work has not been finished in 1 year, we accidentally paid the full amount back in April and have not been able to contact him ever since by text, WhatsApp, email, voicemail despite the fact that work has not been finished. The window has not been installed and marble window framing and many other things went unfinished such as flushing, etc. A faucet has not been installed in the wet bar area and marble countertop in another bathroom is unfinished. He has stopped responding to our inquiries and his voice mail box is full.

We had a great experience using New World Builders for our new roof. Everyone on their team was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Their work was quickly and efficiently done, and there was no mess to clean up after they left. The roof and gutters look beautiful, giving our house an instant upgraded look. We feel reassured with the new roof on and would highly recommend New World if you have roof work to be done. We would use them again in the future.

I highly recommend New World Builders for your roofing needs. I have had previous issues with roofs done in 2016 with a different company and because of these issues I am more careful and particular about hiring roofers and curious about what and how things are being done. In March, 5 roofing companies came to check on my roof to give me estimates. New World Builders was by far the most comprehensive in their roof inspection on my roof and inside my troubled attic. I appreciate the time Joao took during the first estimation inspection. He took pictures and videos for me so I could see what he saw while he was on my roof and in my attic. After my roof was completed, Joao took the time to do a final inspection of his work. Joao made working with the New World Builders easy and even enjoyable. In the end, I know that the choice I made to have New World Builders work on my roofing needs was the best one.

Bruno from New World Roofing showed up on time to provide the estimate. I pointed out the trouble spots where there were clogged downspouts and overflowing gutters during heavy rains. He asked permission to climb on the roof and take a look. He removed a piece of felt paper left over by another roofing company from a new roof installation about 5 month earlier which was partially blocking the downspout. He then proceeded to the other clogged drain and unblocked it. I had to stop him and tell him this was only supposed to be an estimate to do the work. He said this was nothing and just solved both problems in minutes. I hired New World Roofing to complete the rest of the gutter cleaning. Bruno has an excellent work ethic, does good work and charges a fair price. He goes the extra mile to please the customer. Hire Bruno and New World Roofing. You wonâ t regret it.

Joao responds promptly from the very first time we’ve contacted his company. Straight forward & on time! When first showing up for an estimate, JG was willing to discuss amount and wasnt out of range of what the average cost was when comparing with other estimates. Was also willing to alter and lower his original quote. I was able to get an appointment with him in the same week that I called to get the job done. The gentleman that came to do the job was very thorough and courteous and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Wasn't able to make the original time at noon but called in plenty of time to verify for a few hours later. All in all it was a job well done and he took before and after photos to see what was done which is always reassuring.

All moss and dirt remove from roof and gutters. The roof appeared clean and like new when they finished. They were also reasonably priced.

Team came to review state of roof, clean it thoroughly and install gutter guards (multilevel flat roof). Professional, on time, great communication. Happy customer.
