I was hoping to be very impressed. My friend just had her carpet cleaned by another company and it was amazing;I, however, was surprised at how fast they were done with my house. I have my own steam cleaner and it takes me a while to do steps, and 3 rooms. They were done in less than an hour.Upon drying, I began to see all the spots that bugged me in the first place. I felt some areas in the rooms and corners that were not even WET! I was told furniture would be moved. The smallest pieces were not, like night stands and a cat scratching tower! There were 3 guys, so why wasn't anything moved??. Not impressed at all. Didn't speak english well

Great job. They arrived on time; did a great job in a timely manner; were polite and courteous.

They did a great job. It looks awesome. Julia is the translator, the others only speak Spanish. The only drawbacks were that they did take out some phone cords from behind molding, and did not put it back behind the new molding. They also did not paint the molding. They offered to stain it for no extra charge, but we wanted it painted white like the rest of the house, so we will have to paint it, attached to the wall. Otherwise, they were very nice and did a good job.

Everyone was very courteous, cooperative and conscientious, even when I had to make last minute schedule changes. Julia was professional and it was a pleasure working with her. Her staff were hard working and very polite. I was sometimes frustrated because of the language barrier between me and the staff. I didn't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English.

Had a scheduling mixup, so I have to mark them down for timeliness, but they definitely showed extra effort to recover from it. I believe that wasn't a typical experience. The work done, however, was pretty good. The price was extremely reasonable for the work that had to be done. Stains came out better than promised (A white berber carpet with some set stains in it. I can still tell where the stains were, but you wouldn't know it unless I pointed the places out to you).

This is the BEST service I've ever had! They met my time frame, my needs and my very high expectations, and I have now employed them on a permanent basis. Thank you, ServiceMagic!

Prompt polite. Came out to the house to discuss what needed to be done. Today is the first cleaning, but I expect them to do a good job.

After getting past the language barrier, I was almost swindled for a price other than the quoted price. The worker needed to use my vacuum after he cleaned the carpets. I thought that was weird but at that point I really didn't care. Fortunately our carpets were pretty clean to start out with but I don't know how they would do on carpets that actually need cleaning.

Julia, was my main contact she was very helpful with making an appointment that met my needs and helping me with exactly what needed to be done with the carpet. My carpet had several spots that I was not sure what the spot was. I had an emergency at work yesterday and was not able to be at home when the work was done. The two gentlemen doing the work said that was not a problem. When I got home last night I had a marvelous surprize waiting for me, beautifully clean carpet with no spots or stains. I did not go through the whole house, the worst problems were in the living room, now I have beautiful clean carpet. My thanks to the Team of New World Cleaning/Moving Services. I highly recommend them for the services they provided.
