I, Anne Marie, have been in the organizing industry for 10 years. I would love to meet you and to help you live a better life through the power of organization. I have struggled with clutter and misplacing things myself. Because of this, I wanted nothing more in my life then to be organized. When I purchased my first home I was determined to become organized. I would spend endless hours picking up stuff, cleaning out draws, and throwing things out, but I was in a maze, like a mouse, unable to get out of the clutter. The only reason for my inability to become organized was the most vital functions about organizing. I did not have a place for every item in my home. Once I set up a place for all items, my system started to develop, and I eventually became organized. You don't get organized in a day, a week, or a month. It takes time and work. I can assure you that the work you do on this area of your life is the most gratifying. I have made a career out of doing something I love and know. I have experienced the feelings of being overwhelmed and frustrated by space and placement. I felt inadequate about not being able to find things. My halls and closets were purging with stuff. I tossed things in draws because I didn't know what to do with them and thought I would get to them later. I got to a point that I did not want to entertain in my home as I was embarrassed by all of my stuff, also known as my clutter. Today, I look forward to helping people. In just one organizing session with a client, the most rewarding and gratifying thing for me is seeing my client light up physically and emotionally about their space and how they will develop a system.
