New York Sash provides area homeowners with energy-efficient home improvement products. We’ve been in the home improvement business in the Mohawk Valley since 1989. Our staff of 30 is dedicated to helping local homeowners add energy efficiency and curb appeal to their homes. Our family includes over 15,000 satisfied customers in Central New York. New York Sash opened the Idea & Design Center Showroom in Whitesboro, NY. We maintain full sales, marketing, installation, production, finance and service departments. By retaining total control over all aspects of our business we can deliver the high quality service and products that our customers deserve and have come to expect. Not only do we provide and install these products, we also stand behind them with a full service department to honor all warranty and guarantee promises made.

We hired NY Sash to replace 10 windows in our house. We chose NYSash based on the fantastic bathroom remodel they did several months ago. The process of measuring and ordering was easy. All windows are made to order. When it came time for installation, the lead, Chris, and his team did an excellent job. Chris’ work is meticulous. We had rotted wood once half of the old windows were removed. Totally replaced all of it. The installation is impeccable. We could not have imagined how wonderful they. Our house is now quite noticeably warmer. Kudos to Chris and team for a job that was far beyond what we could have imagined!

Jace was my installer, he was courteous and knowledgeable. Went over everything with me and took the time to answer my questions at every step. He was outstanding on cleaning up at the end of each day. He even rolled my hall carpet up and put it aside to keep it clean. Using drop cloths to cover my floors. Awesome job.

The crew was very professional explained everything of what they were doing how they were doing it what was involved and explained how to use the windows and how to clean them very efficient when they work together. I was very impressed and absolutely love my windows.

This is not the first project I’ve had done by New York Sash. I’ve had Bathroom remodeling and 2 large slider windows and yes they are a little pricey but I’ve learned, you get what you pay for. My latest project was 2 bedroom windows and the job was done efficiently and they were careful of my furniture and they cleaned up good. Their people are always nice and friendly. I have two windows left to do and hopefully in the spring I will have NY Sash do them too.

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
My wife and I wanted to update our bathroom with a new tub and shower surround, we went with Sash and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! I can’t say enough good things about the installation, which was done by Pat Brophy. I thought there would be a team of 3-5 people working for a week — instead, it was just Pat doing everything himself, and he completed the job in 2 days! He removed our old cast iron tub and surround, replaced the sub flooring and old plumbing, and installed our new tub and surround exactly to our specifications. The job was done perfectly and our bathroom is beautiful now! Pat is definitely an expert at what he does, and was very friendly too. The only issue we had was that the water pressure was a bit high, so Pat came over and adjusted it for us a couple days later and now everything is perfect. If you’re considering having work done on your home I’d absolutely recommend Sash, you won’t be disappointed!

Chris and Dakota were here for the install. They were very professional, polite and honestly the work was completed with not a lot of “construction noise.” They replaced three windows. Every piece of material was picked up. Explained how to use and clean them properly and the follow up that we can expect from a company ambassador. You can’t even tell they were here! This was a big investment for us but this is absolutely a get what you pay for experience. Highly recommend!

New York Sash, Whitesboro, NY right from the start was polite, courteous and answered all of our questions. We had 14 replacement windows installed and let me tell you, they sent the best crew over here for 2 days. They installed, cleaned up, inspected the work and most of all was there for any questions asked. Chris the foreman was absolutely awesome!!!! And Anthony was just as good.
