They gave estimate and came promptly, which was nice. The job itself was well done. But he workers damaged a border with the machine, that they did not repair.

Good work quick and clean

Very disappointing. Hired them to repair driveway. After the two attempts the driveway is worse.

The day of the project I was told to expect the crew sometime between 8-11. They did not show up until 4:30 pm with no communication from the company. The work was done quickly, and they did a good job on the actual sealing. Our driveway in on an incline and soon after the sealing, we found the driveway to be EXTREMELY slick. We have fallen, guests have fallen, and even our cars have slid down when it is raining. I have attempted to get the company to come back through multiple phone calls, phone messages, and texts to Lisa in the office and John on his cell phone with no success. The after-sales support is where this company has fallen far short of expectations. If anything goes wrong during the installation I would not have faith in this company showing up to address any post-installation concerns.

I would have given them 5 stars if they were on time and closed the garage when finished sealing the driveway. They showed up 4 hours late with no noticed. I tried to contact them by phone and email to find out their ETA. No response. I had stepped out for the evening. I opened the garage remotely once I saw them working on the driveway through my Ring camera. They never closed it though when finished.

Very accomadating and easy to work with. The men were clean neat and organized. I would highly recommend them and use them again

I was not happy with the quality of the work. It was very shabby and cracks were only partly filled. The company efficiently followed up and sent someone to address my issues.

Communicated very well - let me know when they would come and would also let me know, bases on weather, if they would be there. Even gave me an approximate time that they would start work. I was not well, and they reassured me that they would clean the driveway before they started. Didn't leave a mark on the newly painted foundation - couldn't have asked for more

They did a solid, clean, professional job sealing my driveway.

Hired them to seal my driveway. They took pictures of all the cracked areas to be repaired beforehand, so there would be no question about what would be fixed. It rained the later in the day after they had sealed the driveway. They came back to reseal it without any hassle. They were also willing to negotiate on the price. I would use them again.

It would be better if they had contacted me to inspect their wok upon completion.

Was told they would patch big cracks before sealing.. Did not do! Had to come back second time to seal upper driveway because they forgot the first time and still did not address the cracks. Basically driveway sealing no repairs as agreed to.

When you say some cracks have to be filled pay attention to having them filled. I realize that to fill all the cracks would be tantamount to repaving the drive way but there were a few that should have been done and were not.

The done a nice neat job the only thing that did not look even is where the sealed the cracks you can see the difference in color, it’s very obvious, all and all very happy with the job and price

We had such a nice experience with this company. Quoted us well compared to other vendors, worked hard to expand and recreate our driveway, and added nice touches (think draining, water run-off, etc) that we hadn't thought about. Owner, John, was involved from day one and extremely responsive to our questions / concerns.

The application was very thin and some material was spattered on the garage door. The" repair of cracks" involved dribbling material on various spots--no preparation.

They did an excellent job. They saved me a lot of money and from possibly having to redo my driveway. They made sure to come on a day when it was nice so it wouldn't get ruined.
