Very professional, gave excellent advice on how I could resolve my insect bite situation in my condo. Newcomb identified the bug type (thank God it was not bed bugs!), and advised me on a inexpensive procedure I could do myself to rid these invisible flying gnats bedding in my house plants. I recommend them highly!

Project: Pest Control - Bugs & Insects
Mr Newcomb quickly returned my call, came out to the house to evaluate the problems and explained his evaluation and treatments. He again arrived exactly on time and treated the inside of my house and around the foundation with his assistant. There is a two year guarantee for the outside treatment and that is the only reason I gave 4 stars -- it's only 4 days. They also identified a problem with rodents and I will be asking them back to treat this issue. So far GREAT!

The gentleman was polite, courteous, on time, efficient, answered all my questions, was even joking around about a scenario he witnessed the week prior. He knew his stuff, also the treatment for the ants worked great I haven t seen one since the treatment.
