Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
The crew was unprofessional. Tom over charged me and never sent my money back. One dimmer switch was installed in my dinning room and never worked now the light wont turn on. I wouldn't recommend this company.

"So sorry for the confusion here. It has been 8 months since we worked for you, and I just assumed a check had been mailed to you. But in reviewing my records, I see a refund check was never sent. On discovering this error, a refund check was mailed to you on 6/9/2018 and I now see the check has been cashed. However, just to be clear, I did not "overcharge" you; you elected not to have some work done that was part of your original statement of work. So I am reimbursing you for that portion of the project that you cancelled. Reading your review is the first time I am hearing of one of the dimmer switches not working. I am sorry that the switch failed, but like all man-made things, they can go bad prematurely. Now that I am aware of the problem, I have tried contacting you several times to replace it, but have not heard back from you. We stand behind our work and I'm happy to replace the switch, of course at no additional charge to you. Mistakes happen, we are all human. To me, the measure of a man is how well he stands behind his word and his work. I have corrected this error to the best of my ability. Let me know how else I can help."

Tom and his employees were outstanding.They not only painted and did repairs to help get our home ready to sell , they returned to make additional repairs that were needed after the home was inspected. Our home was over 25 years old and after Tom and his crew were done our home sold in 4 weeks . Thank you guys!

The people were fun to work with, kept checking with me to be sure they got the job done the way I wanted, did and excellent job of cleaning up at the end of the day. We had the entire main floor repainted. Everything looks great.

After their initial work was performed I saw a small leak continued to exist in my upstairs pipe they replaced the day before. They had no problem coming over to take another look at it and fixed the problem without any hesitation or additional expense.

Basement - Remodel
Wow! I can't say enough great things. I wound up hiring Newell Property Services to do a variety of projects around my town home to get it ready for sale. Not only did they perform great work, quickly, and at a fair price, but they were also able to lend their experience by giving suggestions about the work I was requesting. Long story short, they finished their work on Tuesday, the house went on the market Wednesday, and we accepted an offer on Thursday! The realtor said the quick turnaround was because people were amazed at all of the work done. Thanks Tom and Brian for a wonderfully successful project!
