New image remodeling

They never showed up and the phone number I was sent wasnâ t a working number. I am on a tight timeline and had to scramble to resolve the issue. It was very upsetting and frustrating. I did 1/2 stars because this survey wouldnâ t let me give 0 stars!

I trusted him to do the work and I could not check the work at the time he finished, I am disabled and in a wheel chair so I trusted it was all completed and he did a good job so I paid him the final payment. Then when I could look at the work the fence is leaning and the poles were not cut and the paint job in the bathroom he did not use tape and the lines are very sloppy and he got paint on the face plate of the light switch and on the counter top. He bought a whole gallon of the brown paint to paint 2 sides of a small cabinet, a quart would have worked. They painted the shed brown when it was supposed to painted blue, they did re-paint the shed blue but there are one spot that needed to be touched up. when they painted the shed they painted over the hinges and the shed door would not open and it had to be forced open and the hinges are hanging. There are a few small items that still need to be done. If I had seen all of this I would have waited to give him the final payment. until all items were finished and the issues were corrected. I would like him to come and finish this job.

Hired Steve to paint most interior rooms in my house while I was out of town. Communication was spotty at best. Upon return, damages totaled to greater than the deposit I had paid. There are paint splatters all over hardwood floors in four rooms and on tile in three rooms. Several linens are stained with paint as well. Six towels and two chargers are missing. A distinct weed smell lingers on the second floor. Paint job was sloppy and incomplete at borders, which will all need to be redone. A wall in one room was left unfinished. I attempted to reconcile with Steve but have received no response from him for 7 days.

Steve and his wife came out for 2 tasks and were done in just over an hour. They left the area pristine and the work looks great! I would definitely use them again!

Had none now I have two amazing decks to enjoy the outside life while having morning coffee or entertaining friends Very happy that extra measures were taken with the work quality to ensure that the decks would last through the extreme weather conditions in my area Well done and beautiful

Had a leaking roof Now roof is as good as if not better then when it was new Very pleased with work done
