The repairman arrived during the timeframe as promised. He needed to get a part which he didn't have with him. He needed to return the following day, and completed the job within 15 minutes. Both times that he left, there was no mess left behind and he was extremely polite and professional. I hope I don't need their service again, but if I do, they will be the top of my list for calls for repair.

The technicians were sincere about doing the job, but were reluctant to refer to the installation instructions. The final setup of the appliance was adequate, but parts of the applicance removed for house entry were restored slight off. After some discussion about the results it was apparent that we had reached a level of diminishing returns. The appliance was and is functional but I will need to ask a factory trained technician to visit the worksite and determine if the appliance installation shortfall can be restored.
