Tom would benefit from Management Skills. Tom let's his people work willie nillie. For instance: A $2,000.00 chandelier went missing, as did the stand-up Freezer, and a bench that was pointed out to be saved. Tom way underbid the project, and the Day and a Half project actually took a week and a half. Also, Tom's crew didn't clean up after themselves, hence, when I drove up the driveway I got two unrepairable flat tires. Those cost me $1,000.00. Tom, himself, is trying the best that he can, given his current skill set, but you have to still like the man. Tom is a very hard worker, but at the very least he needs to hire a supervisor. I probably will not be referring or hiring Tom again.

**BEWARE** This company has a D+ rating with BBB. *********** The demo job was fraught with shoddy work. Tom was originally hired to demo cabinets. After the job was done, I put a bucket under the water valve for any incidental small leakage. Tom did not shut the water valve off properly, and I found at least five gallons of water in the apartment the following day. While Tom insists the valve was broken, after tightening the valve, in the week after, the water leakage did not fill a 10 oz Dunkin Donuts coffee cup. We agreed on expanding the scope to include carpet and tile demo. He did not fully complete either and provided misleading information about scope and completion. He left cement boards and strips of underlay. He insisted the cement boards could not/should not be removed, He then agreed to refund me, and has not. I am reporting this business to HomeAdvisor, BBB, and Consumer Affairs.

"There?s a language issue for Ms Lim, she was never charged the money she wanted returned. I?ve explained multiple times that she didn?t pay for the subfloor/tack strip so I couldn?t refund but she can?t follow. A week after the work was done she demands $$ in exchange for not leaving a bad review. Extortion. She had PayPal put a hold on my account as they looked into her allegations and I WON. On BBB I only have 2 negative reviews for a 20 year career, not bad! I?d have an A+ if I actually asked customers to review there. See HomeAdvisor on BBB: 1500 complaints, all 1 star but a B+?!?! You pay for your rating on BBB"

Tom and Adam showed up promptly, picked up the cast iron piano skeleton and moved it out onto the truck. We had them cart away the sound box as well, for a little more money. Perhaps the timing was right. We had been trying to get this piano removed for 2 years, and these (very likeable), strong men made our day! Oh, also, they may be able to recycle the gold colored monster into art.

Truly appreciated Tom and his crew (Adam, Steve, Jordan and Dwayne) who worked very hard to get the job done in a timely fashion.A special "thank you" to Adam for being so conscientious regarding his work. They took a clear bag of quarters and old money from our property. The worker admitted it and said they pick up stuff here and there in places they work in. I said you dont ask the home owner about what you decide to take? He said we take it instead of it getting thrown out. I said you thought we would throw out a bag of money? Who knows what else they took?

"Its so funny that she has written this after the work has already been completed. We cleaned out the entire house of all the trash and junk there was dead animals in there the house was a disaster. the house was on the beach and was full of water damaged, mold and mildew. I charged her $1,300 for one days of work with four men crew in 106 degree heat She gave us $500 and withheld the $800. She said she did not know how to get us the $800 at the end of the job promising to send it through PayPal. Then she made this ridiculous excuse up accusing us of taking quarters so she could get out of paying the bill. My men worked hard, my men were very"

They were completely unprepared to remove the tree. They didn't have a bucket truck and asked to borrow a ladder. Then they left the partially pulled out stump saying that was the best they could do. We had to dig it out ourselves. It was a joke.

"First of all I would like to say we did an excellent job. We took down a tree that was falling over and in a terrible spot. The tree was leaning over the neighbors house. It was a miracle we got it down without damaging anything. The lady we had the contract with was very nice. We even hauled off junk they had at the house for free. I charged $450 and I gave them the nice birch wood. I could have sold it. The husband was upset because he thought stumps were included in the price. We had to explain to him on the phone that taking a tree down and removing a stump are 2 different jobs entirely."

We had a 30,000 gallon inground pool demolished and the surrounding yard excavated (from years of over growth). It took Joshua less than 4 days to accomplish everything we wanted done. He was friendly, courteous and very experienced at what he does! Highly recommend!

I have a lot of trees around the house and after Northestern storm some of the big branches broke and fell down. I was afraid that more branches may fall and land on a house if we have another storm like that. Tom was very responsive and did the job the same day. I was very happy that he removed potential brake down branches before next storm.

Jessie and crew did a great job. I had the interior of my living room, dining room, stairwell, and hallways painted - along with the vaulted ceiling and all trim and baseboards. Pricing was a good chunk less than other quotes. The place looks great. Added bonus, he was kind enough to utilize the tall ladder to clean 2 windows and hang some art way up high. I don't have a tall ladder, so this was really helpful! Wouldn't hesitate to hire again.
