Very efficient and was best price on all the bids. They did exactly what I wanted and helped me with making the right choice on the color and stamp.

Newman Concrete was very efficient and did quality work. Dan Newman was easy to work with, and very knowledgeable, I referred him to two of my friends.

If you are looking for someone that shows up when they say they will and keeps you informed, run like the wind. Awful communication. 4 no-shows with no calls and Dan had the audacity to say *I am not your f****** puppet*. I have had 8 people in our area come look at the work he did, zero asked for his number. If you would like to see nonbiased the actual work performed, feel free to reach out and you can see his work firsthand. He also said he would come out after to cut in lines that look awful, he sent a guy out with a saw to cut uneven lines and make them look worse.

"Sorry you feel this way, If Pat remembers correctly he Doubled the size of the driveway from the original job on the morning of the pour and I never charged him anymore for that. We have hundreds of clients that absolutely love there concrete if you?d like to see them also. One being his neighbor. Pat is the same customer that had the same complaints & left bad reviews to the first concrete company that poured his back porch & patio and wanted me to come pick it apart. Also complained to the Holroyd concrete to get discounted concrete delivered on the job I poured. Just that kind of guy that won?t ever be happy! Wants everything for nothing. I strive to work with my customers & make sure they are happy with the work we do."

Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
Well we had our patio, drive way extended and added an walkway, awe did a lot of prep Are ourselves including installing a drain as well, well the day came to pour, they did a quick job, but man if you just close your eyes and start working this is what you end up with, first of all, there guys are walking around with-out shirts, smoking and trowing the butts were ever they please, MY KIDS WERE BRING THEM TO ME FOR A WEEK! form all over our property! Over all I feel they rushed this job the washed exposed finish process and forget to put in a control joint and now its cracked With in 30days! We are stuck with an ugly finish, part on out drain got push Down when they laid plywood over it and poured concrete off of it with the wheel barrel! They just keep push up back on any resolution with no concern regard for their craftsmanship. Now they making up excuses as to why everything happened the way it did, including accusing us! I hired professional Company -so I thought! But apparently if the suns out then results will very!! And you get what you get because its concrete! Now I need to figure out how to get this repaired, short of pulling it out and redoing it I dont k ow what else to do.

"Hi, I have been in contact with the home owner the whole time since he first contacted me on April 28, 2019. After the job was complete I went to his house and we made an agreement, he set up a day on his schedule to do the repairs. I agreed, and before that day he backed out on his agreement. The section of concrete he wants to cut out has nothing to with the finish its the drain he set himself, and I told him originally if he did the drain himself I could not be responsible for that and he agreed to this fully. I have been in the concrete business for over 30 years commercial and residential I haven't ever had a complaint let alone had to tear something out. I Have been in contact with this homeowner via text, email, phone calls and have even gone to his house and shook hands & made an agreement with him through out this whole process trying to make it right and resolve the issue. I'm definitely not trying to avoid his concerns. If he emailed me I would text or call him back and let him know I was busy and did not forget about him just trying to make time after work for all parties involved to meet at his house. The day I agreed to come to his house to fix the issues, that he set up per his schedule was July 22. Then before that date he went back on the agreement without talking to me and wrote the negative review July 12 I didn't even have a chance to try to fix the issue. We never rushed any of this job. The section he wants to cut out is the same drain that he chose to set up on his own knowing fully before hand that I was not responsible for his work and he would be reliable for work he chose to set up. The part I agreed to fix was two slightly over washed areas from a heavy shade line that were not satisfactory. Even after finding out he had drug metal patio furniture onto it and let his kids run and ride bikes on it the same night after we told him there is a curing process for exposed aggregate that they fully disregarded. I still agreed to acid wash and seal the work for free and also fix the two over washed areas. I also mentioned I could saw cut the cracks. The section that they want to tear out has a perfect finish its just that the trench drain they installed was to low thats the reason they want it replaced. I feel he realized it was to low after seeing the concrete finished next to it. It wasn't as flat as he wanted it to be, ultimately it didn't give him as much patio space as he thought. We did wheel barrow it to save him money for the pump at his request. The wheel barrow was not the reason for the drain being pushed down, drains are supposed to be set with mortar so they can not float or sink. This did not happen, it was simply spiked in the dirt and suspended in the air with nothing to keep it from sinking or floating. I'd also like to add I do not agree with anyone walking around with there shirt off which was one guy and or throwing cigarettes on ground I would not like that either I fully agree with that . Its confusing how the homeowner is that upset with the work/workers if he later tried hiring the foreman (the one with shirt off) to come back and fix it on his own and asked how much he would charge. Why would you do that if you were so disappointed with him and his work? It started with a section of the finish which I was willing to repair then suddenly he said the main issue was the drain area that he wanted to cut out I understand that he wasn't 100% happy, but it started out with a few issues then has turned into it all needs to be tore out? I am a professional and pride myself on making customers happy, I feel this customer will never be happy and is trying to get something for free. I hope we can find a resolution and he can be satisfied with the job even though Roman is a very difficult person to deal with and is making false statements!"
