Response and work was performed quickly. Steve and his team showed up on time and were professional while working in my house. Any questions I had were answered and explained in layman's terms. The cost of repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Steve Newman for basement waterproofing. I had a serious water issue that left my basement constantly damp with a horrible smell and significant flooding during heavy rain. Mr Newman came by to give me a quote within a couple days of my call and was able to start work within a week. His team was amazing! Very respectful and detail oriented. I could tell Steve and his team take great pride in what they do. I needed an entire wall waterproofed and 3 window well taps and a new sump pump. The work is exceptional and I was so impressed at how they kept the work area clean and how well they cleaned after everything was done. It’s been a couple weeks since the work was completed and it rained quite a bit and my water issue is no more! The price was competitive and reasonable.

Did not do the job they were hired to do. Cannot get ahold of the owner for a refund so we had to contact a lawyer. Do not use this company!!

I was really pleased with the work done by Newman Waterproofing. The quality of the work was top notch, and I was really pleased with how they cleaned up afterwards. They showed up on time and completed the mold removal in one day, along with installing new drywall and painting. When they finished, I couldn't tell what part of the drywall had been replaced and repainted except all of the areas where water had seeped in and damaged the old drywall were gone. I highly recommend Newman Waterproofing.

I had extensive mold issues from the top floor down to the basement, and Newman Restoration made the remediation process relatively painless. Most remediation companies come in and tear your walls out, perform remediation, then leave it to you to rebuild. My issues were so extensive, that I would have needed someone ready to step in immediately as my walls were down to the cinder blocks. Steve Newman Waterproofing took care of it all: tear down, remediation, and rebuild; all for a price that other companies quoted just to do the tear down, and remediation. Everything was done in 3 days as promised, and he sent his crew back to take care of a small area that was missed. I will say, put your dog away, because Steve is a sucker for the pooches and will spoil them rotten! :-)

Steve and his crews did a beautiful job fixing our massive mold problem. He was honest and extremely willing to help in any way he could.

Excellent customer service. Quality of work looks good. Seems to have a real concern about resolving the problem. Did some testing to see if there was a mold problem in the upstairs of my house and sent that test to a lab and said they will give me the report when they get the response from the lab.

Newman Water Proofing saved me a ton of money by doing only what was needed. Other contractors would have done a lot more of what was not needed and charged me accordingly. Glad I went with Newman.

Steve Newman is the bomb, I read reviews of him and i took the bait so glad i did. i contacted him on a Sunday and he came a hour later and took just two day to finish my spider cricket infested watery flooded basement within that week of thanksgiving and now me and the wife are planning to do great things in our newly fresh waterproofed basement i can make me a mini man cave down there now thanks to Steve. Also his price is right for broke people like me and he worked with me on the payment and gave me time to pay it off. Thanx Steve you save our home from further disaster i appreciate the kind of business you run my brother.
