Be clear when scheduling. There was a misunderstanding about when and how much was to be done because I was not at home. (However, they did a great job!)

This company is very busy... maybe too busy. They had to postpone me twice and then it took a long time to fix the sprinkler heads they broke. They finally came out 4 days later. It was an average clean up job.They made everything right in the end and that made up for the frustrations I had.

$55 per man, per hour, three guys showed up. Mowed and edged just fine, raked some areas of leaves, but not all. One man pulled up three Asian Lilies I had planted last year and were just coming up. My grandson gets $15 an hour to mow and edge and does just fine and knows the difference between a weed and a flower. Manager was very nice and accommodating and had a man come back and plant the new flowers I bought. I had to finish raking leaves and pulling weeds they missed. I expected a better job for $55 per hour per man.

I liked the landscaper who came out and did exactly as I had asked and then acted on my thoughts,

Pretty much the worst experience I've ever had with a business. Had them attempt to do a fairly large job ($10K) and they screwed up almost every facet. Starting with six+ weeks to get the bid to the very last day (and their repeated returns to fix issues) I was shocked at the incompetence. If I wasn't here to oversee the work they'd have spent twice the time repairing their mistakes. Too many issues to list but they really didn't have a clue. Don't waste your time calling them.

They were very prompt and ended up fitting in my job a lot earlier in their schedule than originally planned.

I heard back from them right away after i sent my request,they returned a quote the same day! And even did alitte extra we'll see them in the fall.

Showed up promptly, completed the work in the time prescribed.

Newport Ave. Landscaping sent out a young man by the name of Daniel who was a hard worker, did a good job, polite and clear in his communication. I would definitely hire NAL again, would recommend them, and would request Daniel.

I had several people call me back and they were not friendly or helpful. The people at TURF were very friendly and quick to respond to my call.
