Our salesman, was excellent. He told us how our roof installers went to training and the products that NewPro uses were made specifically for them to assure that the roof was vented and would be secure through New England winters. When the installers were here, they worked very hard to complete the task quickly and thoroughly. A customer service person called during the installation and asked if we had any concerns or questions. They called the site leader to share with him. When the site leader spoke to us, he told and showed us how they had replaced the board that was wet under the shingles. When they were done, they cleaned up all the materials and went over our yard with a magnet to collect any nails that had fallen.

Dean arrived on time and was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable about the minor problem with my walk-in tub. He recognized the issue and explained to me how it occured. Fixed!!!
