Ordered door to replace front door. Mark Hudak the salesmen was very thorough and we were excited to have the project done. When it came time for install, sub contractor showed up, it's first day contracting with NewSouth and it was a horror show. 1/2 day job took 4 visits to complete. Mark over promises and under delivers. Steve the install manager was good and came out 3 times to make right. Stay away from these guys. Use someone that has own team of employees. SOFL is famous for shoddy sub contractors....

The salesman came in and explained everything and demonstrated their work. They came in and did the tear out and new installation in one day. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't know that had been there. We used them for another project.
