My experiences with Newtown Termite and Pest Control has always been very jpositive. They service my home bi-monthly and their workstaff is always professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend them unconditionally.

Tim arrived and got to work right away to conduct the follow up check on mouse and squirrel traps in the attic. There were no critters and all traps were engaged and baited. Thank you Tim and Newtown Termite and Pest Control, Inc. for the diligence, discipline and thoroughness that you all practice in your profession and communication to your customer.

Daniel from Newtown Termite and Pest Control is confident and was thorough in his treatment to eliminate the bald face hornets nest which was at least 20 ft from the ground. I watched as Daniel assessed the situation and meticulously eliminated the nest in a couple of steps. I appreciate the professionalism, sense of urgency and response received for my request when I had called Newtown Termite & Pest Control. Daniel is another example of the excellent professional training the technicians receive and why we are satisfied with their care and have never been disappointed with the services we have always experienced.

Their technitons are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They work diligently and professionally. They wore shoe covers in the house and went above and beyond to help move items in my basement and yard.

The technicians were professional as well as friendly. All ours questions were answered in detail. Our problem with bees was solved and technicians returned to check on the problem site in a timely manner.

Buyer beware. Newtown Termite & Pest Control, Inc were contacted to take care of yellow jacket problem, based on Angies recommendation and they charged me $1097 for treatment and removing of the nest. When I called Orkin and another local company township pest control the price I was quoted was $321 and $212 so I called back Newtown Termite & Pest Control, Inc to cancel the services but they have already charged me $1097 and refused to refund the payment to me.
