We were in a desperate situation: on the coldest day of the year, with family visiting from Florida - including our baby grandson, our furnace went out. NEXGEN came immediately, provided options, and repaired the furnace before we even had the funds available for payment. That is unheard of in today's world. To say we were grateful is an understatement. We paid them in full 2 days later. Everyone in the company was kind, understanding, prompt, professional. 5 Star review from the Kuznkowski Family!!!
