Exceptional Work on Our New Patio and Roof! We recently hired Nexis Construction to replace our roof and install a brand-new patio, and we could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, Mike and the entire crew demonstrated outstanding professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication. Communication throughout both projects was excellent. They arrived on time every day, stuck to the initial budget, and finished exactly when they said they would. We highly recommend Nexis Construction to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable contracting work. We will definitely use them again for future projects!

We had a great experience with this roofing company. David and Mike were awesome to work with—super friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The crew did an excellent job, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean. Our new roof looks amazing and we’ve already had several neighbors compliment it. One of them asked for the company’s contact information to quote their roof. Overall, we’re really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them!

In July 2025 Nexis Construction helped us tremendously with the replacement of our roof and repairs for damage that occurred when our neighbor’s tree fell on our home during a storm. Our project manager quickly responded to our calls and went over and above to be sure all repairs were made in timely manner with use of quality materials.

In October of 2016 we filed a claim with our insurance, who in return sent Doug Sauder from Carrsun Construction to our home for an estimate on the roof and leaking ceiling. He came out within the week and did get up on the roof and mark the spots that were damaged by hail. He said that he would get an estimate together and send it to our insurance. We tried to get a hold of him for a month and a half, calling and leaving several messages he finally called back after my daughter threatened to go over his head. He said that he would get the estimate together and send it to the insurance, mind you he was supposed to do that a month and a half before. During this time it had been raining and of course making the leaking ceiling worse, he didn't even put a tarp on. Finally after 2 more weeks he came out and the insurance sent a new adjuster, as the previous insurance adjuster had left the company and did not finish the account. Finally, the estimate was done and found out that we were going to get the roof fixed along with the ceiling. During this time Doug finally put a tarp on the roof. We received the check in the beginning of January. We didn't sign any contract with Carrsun nor did we get a bill from Carrsun. That is when Doug decided that he wanted to start calling us and harassing us. Each time he left a voicemail all he asked was "did you get the check?!" and please call me. So on 01/19/2017 he called a 5th time and left a voicemail, stating since he hadn't heard from us that he would be placing a lien on our house for the "work" that he did. He put a tarp on the roof and that is it! Once again restating that we haven't received a bill nor did we sign a contract. I called and left him a voicemail, stating those exact words. He is so eager to get his hands on the money but yet when we needed to talk to him, he never returned our calls. Needless to say that we are not going to use Carrsun Construction. We have never EVER had any issues before with such a horrible and disgusting greed of a company, or should I say a salesperson.

I dealt with Doug Souders. He came after my first call and looked at my roof and determined that I had a lot of hail and wind damage from last April's hail and wind storm. He dealt directly with my insurance company and took care of all the details. Doug followed thru from start to finish.  I was very pleased. <br />
