Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
VERY DISAPPOINTED ! POOR QUALITY! May have to take to Court as I had to pay someone else to fix their poor quality job. They did not come back to finish up "corrections" even after they promised to do so. I paid them 500.00 to build a gate; it was a lousy job, fell apart twice. I even agreed to wait till Jan/Feb while they were in Houston working on Hurricane projects. Then I had to pay someone to completely build the gate their job caused the gate to completely fall off hinges! They took the used the gate slat to put up too small of latches for a double gate, pulled completely off twice. Cost me another 500.00 to fix it correctly like it should have been to begin with. I've called multiple times, send emails, text and finally a bill for 500.00. I've NOT had responses nor have they reimbursed me the 500.00 I had to pay out. I've NEVER heard from them again!!! There were some other areas poorly constructed that had to be fixed or I'm still waiting on a return call so they could fix them. I'm planning on taking them to small claims court at this point. I've been patient all the way through the contraction phase with multiple errors; poor install of door from house to garage, big big gaps still remain, cracks in walls where seamed together, area of sink unfinished trim, concrete cracks in walkway I paid for in garage, and of course the gate!!! Basically they talked a good game, and on surface appeared good. I had to check the workman's work for errors; If the owner general contractor was not checking, things would be wrong or sloppy. Very, Very disappointed.

Kendrick is very qualified but his staff was not as qualified. I would recommend him but would say that his workers must be more skilled.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Poor quality final products. Re-tiled floor, room addition, bathroom renovation. Left impression this was their first job. Not professional quality. Left yard a mess during and after completion of project. Cigarette butts, broken glass, demo debris, lunch trash.
