If I could give zero stars I would! I take care of my 80 year mother who lives in my home and all rooms are on 2nd floor. Just had this company out on Monday, 8/17/26 and they left a quote with me for 324 down and then 324 monthly for 12 months to have stairlift installed. Had to discuss with my household the cost and when decided to go ahead with it, the manager changed the quote to 1500 down 190 a month. Bad business, I guess you have to take initial quote right then in order to keep it or else they screw you! Well needless to say my mom is now stuck in her room, until I can figure something out! I’m so upset.

These guys were very prompt and professional. Hat's off to Matt Groff who went above and beyond to make my experience a great success. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a stair lift installed.

I requested a ramp on Saturday and it was completely installed by Wednesday. They worked with me to develop a solution specific to my need. I appreciate the time, effort and attention to get it completed so quickly.
