I hired Next Day Blinds to repair a motorized drapery and they said that they needed to order a part and asked for $615.25 to order the part and said that once the part is in we will come out on the following Wednesday and install it and put in a new track and did not show, I called them again and they said the part was sent to the wrong address that they will be out on Friday and did not show again, I called them again and that was the last time I heard from them

They showed up never finished the job, said they did however. Their team came at different times, one guy showed up at dinner time, and they were eager to leave. We have wood slat shades up and I thought when they said they were finished to trust them, he took the money and left with the shade up, but it does not work at all. Called many times goes straight to voicemail not setup

I called them, paid a $50 deposit and they took care of everything. They showed up the next day even though it was a sunday. Super friendly and explained and showed everything. In my case my blinds were destroyed so he told me he's get everything fixed and installed at the end of the week and he did!! Def. Recommend
