Our goal is to protect our clients' interest by providing a thorough and detailed inspection of the property. With over 30,000 inspections completed, safeguarding our clients' investment is our priority. We provide residential home inspections, commercial building inspections, pre-drywall inspections, radon gas testing, and mold sampling. Home Inspectors at NextDay Inspect are licensed by DPOR and DLLR and are certified members of ASHI, InterNACHI, and NRSB. Upon completing the on-site inspection the inspector will prepare a report, including photographs taken at the property, and arrows with commentary detailing the areas of concern. Specialized tools are used to ensure a thorough inspection of the properties components. Some of these tools are thermometer, moisture & humidity meter, thermal infrared camera, and outlet tester. We have an 'A+' rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Great experience, Rhonda had a lot of great feedback on how things are supposed to be and recommendations of what need to be done to get things up to code, as well explaining potential causes and long term effects of certain damages that need to be fixed.

I am deeply disappointed in my choice of company to complete my home inspection. The inspector was short in temperament and rude to both me and my realtor when we asked questions. I let that go, hence why I didn't leave a review earlier. However, now I'm learning that the inspector is also incompetent. During an inspection of my chimney and furnace, I learned that my furnace should not have any tape to secure it. The inspector only identified the duct tape securing the exhaust vent as being unsafe, not the other tape. I was told that there should be no tape as it can cause a fire. If I'd known this, I would have made different decisions. Now, I have to pay more than I ever intended to address this issue. Deeply disappointed.
