Exterior Home or Structure Paint or Stain
These guys are great. The initial meeting with Justin was just so pleasant. You could tell what an honest company this was and I was going to hire them. Houston has had the worst weather and Justin kept me informed about when they could possibly start even though he was out of the country. That's unbelievable customer service. The painters were prompt and extremely professional and did a PERFECT job. Judah and Brenton came over to collect final payment and I was so impressed when I over payed them that they were at my door within about 10 minutes to hand me my refund. I am definitely going to use them in the future. Honest, Reliable and extremely Trustworthy.

The gentleman who provided the estimate, Justin, was prompt and cordial. The estimate was provided onsite and work began soon thereafter. The quality of the paint job was very good. During the walk through after, I noticed a couple of spots that were missed but they were corrected the next day. My biggest concern was the lack of care the painters took with my personal property. I found several items broken and damaged without notice or explanation. Soda cans, fast food cups and bags were left in the kitchen, garage and drive way although there were trash receptacles nearby. Paint dripped onto floors, mini blinds and curtains and were not reported to me or cleaned. I found nails in both sinks and the master bathtub from wall hangings that were removed. I will need to call a plumber to retrieve any that may have gone down the drain. The kitchen sink was used for cleanup and paint was left on the fixtures. My hand towels were used and tossed into the sink sopping wet with paint on them. An outside water hose was used with the winter covering on the faucet removed. I found the covering on my neighborâ s front lawn. I will not be calling or recommending this company in the future.

Justin, had the most reasonable quote. He did the whole house, doors, trim and touch up on stress cracks in the drywall. This project was for my rent house, I will be calling Justin back when it's time to paint my personal.

Initial contact was fast and courteous. The project took longer than estimated due to crew mistakes. The drywall repair wasn't complete prior to the painting.

I found the entire team pleasant and easy to work with. JJ was the owner and rep who helped me with the quoting and discussions around the project itself. The painters that did the work were pleasant and respectful of the items in my house. They did a thorough job and I was barely able to find any corrections or errors. I'd recommend them and use them again.

Excellent with doing painting, but be cautious about any add-on work, such as repairs. This type of work is sub-contracted, so be sure the needed work is well communicated and coordinated ahead.

J.J. was very patient with us, especially in helping us select the proper colors. He ensured that we were pleased with the outcome of the work performed which we were. The painters taped and floated the cracks prior to painting, and did a wonderful job. Everything was done very professionally and looked very beautiful. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

They pay attention to detail. They noticed things that needed attention 4 others who bid did not. Eduardo the foreman is the hardest working individual I have ever come across. Very meticulous in his prep work and painting. Would highly recommend this company.

Great job painting! The crew seemed to be in a rush on the last day and left a mess and some sub-standard work. They sent someone out 2 days later to fix everything, and I’m very happy with it.
Response from Next Door Painting
