The Next Generation of Quality

NextGen Aire, LLC was established in January of 2016 by two technicians within the industry that have noticed a major flaw; customer knowledge. With an overload of information on the internet today, it is difficult for customers to understand what they NEED versus what someone is SELLING them. Here at NextGen Aire, we want to provide our customers with the knowledge of todays industry to provide the NECESSARY system for their SPECIFIC needs. We want our customers to be informed about the importance of fresh air being delivered into the home. How items such as better air filtration, UV lights and humidifiers can increase the quality of life within the home.Whether it is service or installation you require it is VITAL to our mission that each and every customer has an understanding of what they are purchasing. WE want to ensure customers have the basic knowledge of what the HVAC industry has to offer; so each CUSTOMER can decide what they would like to purchase.

Matthew called soon after I made a request for A/C service. He seemed bright energetic and friendly so we set up an appointment for next day 4P-6P. He showed up within the first hour of the timeframe and went right to work. He explained the problems and the fixes in a way that I could understand at a price I considered reasonable so I authorized the service. He never tried to upsell or use 'scare' tactics - actually quite the opposite. I inquired about replacing the thermostat and Matthew said it was working fine so he didn't see a need to replace it. A/C is now working perfectly so he knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone needing A/C service - he actually mentioned he also services heating issues (for those who need this type of service). My husband and I were quite impressed with Matthew and we wish him all the best in his business. By the way - I noticed that he used foot coverings while going in and out of our house - that extra touch that not many use anymore was refreshing! I think that is also a reflection on how he views his work. Matthew displayed knowledge, professionalism and integrity. Glad we used Matthew and hope this review will encourage others to do the same.

Matthew emailed soon after I made my request for next day AC service (it was after 5pm), then called first thing the next morning to follow up. How could I say no? He was prompt, and patient in giving me the info I needed to make decisions. The AC must be working again because it's finally cool in here!

I was having cooling issue and HomeAdvisor matched me up with NextGen Aire. Mathew called me back within 4 hours and he was at my front door an hour later. Mathew was very thorough and explained everything in the ways that I can understand. The pricing was upfront and there was no upsell sale pressure. After the initial diagnostic, he recommended cleaning the outside coil and adding more refrigerant to the system. He was able to provide data points on system's performance before and after he performed each of the recommended services. Having data to back up his claims just reassured that the promised services were completed instead of just taking his words for it. It was a very pleasant experience, thank HomeAdvisor and Mathew for helping me out and get my wife off my back.
