They actually responded to my email and was able to get to me in a reasonable timeframe. Even though I had gotten the generator and transfer switch myself they came when they said they would and were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again!!

They were very helpful with walking us through the process and making a decision. There were some issues with scheduling installation they tentative scheduled. us and were unable to meet. The scheduled visit %4. times which is typical for electricians. The work was well done and speedy once they arrived.

Perfect, completed with in hours, clean up great, haven’t used yet but see no reason why wouldn’t work. Generator hook up! No reason to use yet. Have their #’s if not. Great work, thank you!

after i ordered the generator and before it was installed, i decided to sell the house. They bought it back. Kelly was very cooperative, and a pleasure to work with. the guys were very knowledgeable. I would definately hire them. you won't be disappointed.

The generator was delivered when promised, and the installation went smoothly, even though there was a slight glitch in the fact a part sent with the generator was incorrect and the installers had to wait for the correct one. The price was exactly what I was quoted, and I would recommend Next Gen to anyone looking for a Generac. Looking forward to getting the installation completed by my propane company in the spring.
