Next Gen HVAC

We had the complete system replaced two months ago. The old AC was working just fine. We have a son with a severe heat allergy. Thus, we must have a reliable air conditioner. The very first time we tried to use the AC, it did not work. It took three days to get the AC running properly. Today, the AC went out again. We have been told someone will be out in three days. We may have to find a hotel just to have reliable AC. I hope the warranty covers the cost of the room. I cannot recommend this company!

These guys are wonderful. We were without heat due to a failed boiler; they came out to look at our home, the current system, and our heating and hot water needs, and made some high-efficiency, propane boiler recommendations. The process was seamless, easy, and effective, and the customer service was fantastic. Consequently, we hired Next Gen HVAC over their competitors due to their thoroughness, their recommended solution, the customer service, their responsiveness, their care for our home during the project, and great pricing. The ordering and installation process was seamless, and they ensured we had heat for Thanksgiving, staying until 9:00pm to complete full system testing. They also made additional recommendations that would save boiler operational time as well as save propane, which saves us dollars for our general heating costs. They are truly awesome. My wife and I are thrilled with the team, and do not hesitate to recommend them to others. We will certainly have them back to service our AC in the spring as well as general HVAC maintenance. We have absolutely no reservations.

Every step of the process to replace our oil boiler and perform additional work went very smoothly. After requesting to schedule an estimate Next Gen got back to us immediately and were able to get us an appointment the next day. During the estimate visit they answered all of our questions and found several issues we had not noticed that were cheaper fixes to our heating problem than what we were expecting. They never tried to up sell or push any product or service. They were able to schedule the installation within a week. In addition to replacing our boiler, they added baseboard heating in a room and made several small repairs to other baseboards and the heating system. These additions look great as well as functional. They were always on time and immediately reachable with any questions. The staff at Next Gen are great guys -- extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional (plus our dog loved them). They finished the work ahead of schedule and under estimate. We will definitely be calling them for future service for our home. This was the best experience with home repair we've had since moving to CNY. Highly recommended.

Paul and Devon were very helpful and informative. They came to look at our boiler and give us an estimate, as well as a variety of options. They answered all of our questions thoroughly. It went well and his estimate was quite reasonable and better than a number of others (it was about right in terms of what we saw online otherwise). So long as this lasts for a good bit, I have no complaints. He seemed knowledgeable and worked with our schedules well - we look forward to working with him on further repairs.
