I first use this company three years ago on my home I was getting ready to sell. When we bought our new home, we also use this company for pest control and inspection for termites. First of all, the scheduling was smooth, professional and Kim was amazing. The service technician arrived on time was very professional and knowledgeable of his product and services we needed. The inspector went above and beyond looking at our home, and recommending what services and treatments we needed. I was extremely satisfied with both the service and the cost. They even came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. I normally do not do reviews, but this company went way above my expectations. It is the only pest control company I will ever use.

Called on a Sunday because squirrels were partying in the attic and my dog (terrier) was barking non-stop. James arrived around 8pm and left with one dead squirrel and one live squirrel he caught by hand! Same day service on a weekend and immediate results â impressive!

We hired them for pest exclusion. They were reasonably priced and professional. They did the job quickly. We had one issue post project and they came out immediately to fix the issue. Without question or hesitation. Dave in particular was super diligent and professional and courteous. Not sure it would have been solved easily without his thoroughness. And diligence in isolating the problem and creating the solution.

They arrived on a late Sunday evening and removed a PYTHON that made its way into my carport! The advice they gave while enroute to my home was very wise which helped me to stay calm. They captured the snake quickly and gave it a good habit and a new home! Thanks very much.

I have used NeXtgen for the past few years for their pest control service. I have been happy with their professionalism and service since day one. The inspectors are very knowledgeable and I feel that they are providing me top notch service with the best products on the market. I have NeXtgen come to my property every Tuesday for prevention and if they see anything concerning is taken care of. Shannon (is the best) and Nick are very knowledgeable about any kind of pest and the products to combat them and was very personable, meticulous and provided much insight. AWESOME service! Technicians Manny and David showed up on time as scheduled. They assessed the mouse situation and explained exactly how they were going to treat the problem.
