Charged us $385.00 and our repair only lasted three months. It was just one little part. It was not like he put in a new shower for us. Ripoff.
Response by NextGen Plumbing: I advised this customer that a rebuild on old parts was a chance that most likely would not last long, which was a difficult undertaking anyway. This, in turn, resulted in the cost charged. I have reached out to this customer to offer a refund but had no response from him. I am upfront and explain all the options and cost before preforming the work. Had the customer chosen to have new parts installed, instead of rebuilding the old, there would have been a satisfactory result.

Very professional. Came in looked at a bunch of things I wanted them to have a look. Gave honest input and pricing for necessary fixes. Also very responsive as he had to work with my insurance company. Again had to go through my insurance company to report a bunch of things with them. At the end my insurance didn't approve of the fixes, but still went with them to fix the issues. All through he was very professional and very punctual.

He fixed the leak quickly. I am an out of town customer and the leak was in an investment property. ‘Marc called me back immediately. He also offered to find someone to fix the drywall. He was responsible and I would use him again

Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient, but pricey on an hourly basis.
