Cameron Carrington took $400 never showed up never did work never returned my $400 has been 16 days since cancelling work.

My apologies, but a check was remitted to your mailing address, upon cancellation of your service request. Secondly, my employee did come to your home and perform work, you cancelled after the job was already started. Additionally, today reading through my reviews is the first time that I've heard of this situation. To avoid any additional issues. Please contact the office at 414-502-8223 to resolve this discrepancy

I dont write many reviews but this time I had to as this was the best service experience too date! I submitted the homeadvisor request and in all honesty I was not going to contact them as I had finally received a call back from one of three electicians I left messages for 3 days ago and proceeded to make an appointment with them to fit their schedule; 2 weeks out. About an hour later, I received a call from Cameron from Nextgen following up on my homeadvisor request I had submitted. I was already thinking thats some good service so far. Cameron took time to discuss my electrical needs and I could already tell this guy knows what they are doing so we continued to cover the details of my job. Based on on the job description and scope of work he gave me a price range that was very competitive. I was already feeling it, this is the company I want to go with. I asked how soon he could come out, 1 week 2 weeks? Cameron shocked me when he said, I finished another job a day early and could fit you in tomorrow!! DONE! lets do this! Nextgen came in the following day, we went over the job again and confirmed the price he had quoted. This gets better! Cameron is actually a full blown General Contractor and after I described the job and he took a good walkthrough in my basement, he gave me a ton of great layout designs and ideas for my basement that I never would have thought of, he is really creative and detailed and I never experienced such great customer service. The job was started and finished including some added recommendations Cameron suggested. The job was a 1000 times better than what I had envisioned. I appreciate the hard work and attention to detail. Nextgen will be my go too company for any future work I need done for my house. I am also going to refer him to Family and friends when ever there is a need. Thanks for everything Cameron and Nextgen!

Does great work...not very prompt...very friendly with further recommendations

I always try to be on schedule and prompt for my appointments, unfortunately I usually am scheduled for a full day, on multiple jobs. Unfortunately for my schedule, I can't just leave a project incomplete. And when I run into a problem on a site, I notify my next customer of time delays. I apologize for any complications to your schedule, but I try to give each customer my complete attention and treat their home or business as I would expect mine to be done. With a focus on the aesthetics and quality of work.

I got to know the people doing the work and trust is a huge thing with me and found a group of people that I wouldn't hesitate to hire again for any job or recommend (already have). They do excellent work and are not satisfied until the job is complete and you are happy.
