NextGen Valuations Group, LLC values residential and commercial real estate in the Chattanooga Metro area. We handle larger commercial projects farther away. We have experience in the valuation of properties throughout much of Tennessee, however currently are limiting our coverage area due to higher volume. We work with property owners seeking appraisals for a variety of reasons including pre-listing, private sale, divorce - including testifying in court, bankruptcy, curiosity, and other reasons.
