Claude was a total rock star. He was our first visitor in our first home, and what a welcome visitor he was! :) Before visiting our home to take measurements, show us our options, and give us a final estimate, Claude asked for information about our house and windows. When he showed up, turns out I had NO idea what I was talking about, so Claude gently corrected the information I had shared and patiently explained the difference between windows. He provided sage advice but let me make the final decision on all of our options. He delivered exactly what we wanted and increased the property value of our home well beyond the cost of the shutters and installation! Unfortunately, there was a warehouse fire where our shutters were painted, so there was a delay in their delivery and installation. But they were worth the wait! Seriously, my father raves about our shutters. Our cats love our shutters. The seller of the house even loves them and has said he's proud to see us make this house our home with our shutters. We heartily recommend Claude to anyone and everyone. His service and product is worth every penny and then some. :)

Claude is very easy to work with, was on time at every appointment and knows his products well. My shutters were installed much sooner than I originally thought they would be--always a nice surprise. I would recommend this company to others that need shutters or electric roller shades. I am very happy that I hired him!

Claude is very prompt and professional and came to my house to show me all options and make all measurements himself. I ended up doing shutters and roller shades with him. I'm very pleased!
