Horrible experience. I paid $650 to have my garage door repaired, within 3 weeks it is non functional and they will not come back to repair it. My requests for service have been ignored.

The service technician Dean provided me with a free consultation and same day service and installation on my garage door opener. He did an excellent job installing my new garage door opener and explaining and clarifying everything to me! He also repaired the worn out springs on my garage door and noted other areas of wear and tear. I would highly recommend Next Level Garage Doors for repair, installation, and any work on garage doors. My new garage door opener works smoothly and beautifully and I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Dean was a great guy. Fast service and quality work. Set up our remotes installed in our cars and downloaded the app for notifications. Great service would highly recommend.

Excellent service & certainly very timely.

Incredibly fast, professional, and efficient. I called and she said the service tech would be at my house within 2 hours. The tech arrive in just over an hour and replaced my garage door motor, adjusted the spring, replaced the wheels on the track with better ones, and programmed all 4 remotes in about 1.5 hours. If I ever need garage service done again they will be the only people I use. Ask for Dean, he is a very good he is a very good service tech.

I called because I backed into my slider garage screen door It was very bent and I thought I would need repair or replacement. Dean was in my area and came right over. He was able to bend the aluminum to a very usable condition. He lubricated the tracks and was not going to charge me anything for his repair efforts. I did have him evaluate my garage door since maintenance had not been done in over 7 years. He recommended replacing the wheels which were not fully functional and adjusting the springs, and all lubricated. I went ahead with his recommendation while he was there. My door moves very smoothly and is much quieter than before. I highly recommend this company and Dean.

Josh came out super quickly and installed a new quiet belt garage door opener after my MVP opener stopped working after almost 30 years!! He did maintenance to my door and made sure all the bolts are tight, everything is lubricated and made it feel like a brand new door! I highly recommend him and this company for sure.
