When Andrew installed a new system for one Richmond homeowner, the air handler arrived with a small dent. Andrew refused to install it. He called his supplier, got a replacement unit, and stayed late to finish the job. The homeowner said he was fine with the dent. Andrew wasnt. Thats not a story we tell to brag. What happened to this company. They installed and serviced my unit for the past three years. I am a member of their club and pay monthly premiums. No phone service and the yelp site says they are CLOSED. WTH???

Talk about professionalism. Will came to review the project and provide an estimate. He explained what he saw upon inspecting my ductwork. He laid out a clear plan and cost estimate The company called the next day, stated that the materials were available and proposed a work date. The time they said they would be there is when they actually showed up. No massive 4-6 hour window waiting on them. They had the materials and with little discussion began the work. I am impressed with both technicians work ethic. I will state that I had called other companies and never received a call back. I do not know why since I was just asking for an estimate to repair ductwork. It was nice to finally work with a company that responded to your request and completed the job as requested. I would definitely work with this company again. They also provide other services besides ductwork.

Andrew the service technician was great explain the whole air conditioning unit to me let me know the current cost what the cost will be for new unit. Recommended a product that may help in the long run and also help me in regards to insulation of my attic that may help my unit run more efficiently
