I highly recommend Charlie Nelson's company next level heating and air conditioning. He had to make an extra trip to Home Depot for $2.00 part and he did not add that to his original quote of $309. The $309 included his labor and time. That's what he originally quoted and he stuck to it.

It was a great experience from the moment of contact. Sarah answered all my questions, explained the services, and gave me an estimate of what I could expect before Charlie came out. We scheduled an appointment within the time frame I needed. Charlie inspected my heating system and vents and explained that whatever problem I was having was fixed by my changing the filter a few days before he arrived. He was incredibly honest and that means so much! He didn't even charge me for the visit and asked that I call back in the Fall for some heater maintenance. You know I will! I would definitely recommend Charlie and Next Level Heating and Air Conditioning.
