Prior to move in and the place was filthy. They came with 5 people and cleaned 7 rooms in about an hour. The place was sparkling when they were done. The price was very reasonable.

Roseanne and her assistants cleaned my house better than I could have ever clean it myself! To top it off, they were so quick I could hardly believe it! Very professional, friendly and nice. Very kind, considerate with no judgments. I was told upfront what it would cost and there were no 'surprise charges'. I would definitely use them again for a single mom who doesn't always have the time.

"We do provide a vacuum for an extra charge, but this particular customer did not want to pay the extra fee for it, so he provided us with his vacuum. Other than that he was extremely satisfied with our service as his rating reflects it."

First of all they were 1/2 hr rate but didn't call me to let me know. I had three girls come to clean 1 1/2 baths, laundry room and kitchen and had asked if they could clean two blinds in exchange for me doing the inside windows (three). I did that. She originally quoted me two hours but only stayed 1 hour 25 minutes and didn't do the blinds like I asked. She said she is in a rush for another job and can't stay. Didnt even ask if I was satiisfied or to look things over. She wanted to leave and wanted her money. SHE HAD A MAJOR ATTITUDE PROBLEM.

"We gave an approximate arrival time with a 1/2 hr gap. We did not get there at the beginning of the time frame, but within the time frame that we had told her. We had provided her with a quote for 2 hrs of work with 2 people, but we had also mentioned to her that if we were to bring a third person in which we did, that the time limit will be reduced by a 1/2 hr. We discussed getting what was of most important to her cleaned which were not windows or blinds. Before leaving we calmly and kindly showed her where we spent our hard work cleaning and she did not complain. We also informed her of our 100% satisfaction guarantee but she never called."

This was there first time here & they were even a little early which was fine since I was ready for them. I must say its better too be early than late, they did a very good job & even showed me what they had done. Will be using them from now on.
